Review on LG 27GN800 B Ultragear: Response Compatible 2560X1440P, Flicker-Free, Adaptive Sync, HDR, Anti-Glare Screen | Review & Buying Guide by Evan Casillas

Solid upgrade from 1080

A very good monitor for all your UHD 1440p needs. Are you using it in a dark room? Turn the brightness down and you're done, but for your own good, don't switch modes when seeing in the dark unless you want the power of the sun to hit your eyes. You're better off conserving that energy if you're struggling with true sun glare if your monitor is facing a window for some reason. Aside from the fact that the colors are vibrant and it's very responsive, you'll definitely get your money's worth. another big improvement. Of course, this cannot be scaled down without using a 4k monitor. One more thing, it's nice that this monitor turns on and off with your PC.

Pros
  • Anti-glare screen
Cons
  • Bad viewing angles. Poor viewing angles can cause the display to appear distorted or blurry when viewed from the side or at an angle.
