I wish I had known earlier.
Ordered this pillow for my daughter's upcoming ankle surgery. Order this pass on a Sunday and it talks about free basic shipping for a day to which I make a major contribution. Her surgery was on Wednesday. Not only that this pillow only arrived today, Thursday, the day after her operation. (4 days) but now it needs to stay and fluff up for 24-48 hours to form its shape! So a total of 6 days before she can use it. It should be listed in the description, so if you prefer it for surgical reasons, you can plan!
