I loved this microwave. It worked great until yesterday 16 March 2018.Then it just quit heating, everything else worked, just didn't heat anything in it up.As it supposedly had a one year parts and labor, including in home service. I called the manufacturer customer service, and they asked me for the date of manufacture. I looked on the back and told them it was manufactured in November 2016.He then said that there was nothing they could do, as it was out of warranty! HUH in only bought it 12 September 2017. It's only six month's and one day old.The customer service rep, said that there was nothing that they could do. See if you want to buy from that manufacturer?However. Revain was different. As Revain said that the warranty should have started on the date of purchase, irregardless of the date of manufacture.Revain warrantied my microwave, and sent me a new one. GO AMAZON!
