This is a great neck support for newborns.The first one I received had a stain on it unfortunately, but I called Best Buy CS and they were very helpful and sent a replacement right away.The two sizes are great because it lasts a lot longer for your baby. I just removed the smaller size and my baby is almost 7 weeks old and about 12 lbs. It’s easy to install in a car seat, and the smaller size just unsnaps so that you don’t have remove the whole thing to remove that part.Its scary putting a baby in a car seat for the first time, but knowing she was well supportive gave this new mom a lot of peace of mind. I also use it for her swing so you can get a lot of use out of it!
