Where to start? Oh yeah. The young man who lives in our house decided to put some ducks in the camper freezer to cook and not tell us. My husband decided to store the RV for a few days while we fixed the area in the yard where the RV drives. Have you ever smelled lazy ducks? I swear to all the saints, my nose hair was burned and my eyebrows singed from the smell of rotting duck carcasses. After cleaning the freezer with bleach and trying not to throw up (and mind you, I'm a nurse. I smelled a pretty weird smell), I walk away feeling pretty confident in my cleaning skills. I leave a box of baking soda in there just in case. A week later, I open the freezer to inspect everything that isn't used daily on a weekly basis. And sweet baby Jesus! The smell from the freezer has now entered the fridge. Gag. I clean it again with bleach, making sure to spray the crevices along the back and sides. He left a little less confident than the first time, but with hope. 3 days later I open the freezer. as you might have guessed. Gag. So I search Amazon for "freezer stink" and NonScent's fridge deodorizer pops up. Well, let's try that. God, the smell of death has left the freezer! I stuck my whole head in and sniffed to make sure. Then I let the boy who started it all smell it too. All is well. After 2 weeks in the freezer there was no trace of the freaky duck! Thank you thank you thank you! Now I'm wondering if that thing works on a young man's infancy?
