I think I'll like this!

I read all the reviews before ordering this case. A criticism that was mentioned several times was that it is difficult to hold when the lid is simply folded back. Reviews indicated that the lid was misaligned making it difficult to grab. It will be properly aligned. You just have to move in the right direction. I posted a photo of what I mean. Once you've done this, you'll feel like every other case is made this way. I love the Apple Pencil slot. I've had a few cycle falls and I hate it. I don't want to put it in my pocket like that for fear of the pencil falling out or the cap coming off. This method is safer for the pencil. It stands the way it should as long as you fold it the way it should be folded. I pressed the iPad and it didn't fall. If you're used to holding a regular case that doesn't have extra space for pens, it will take some time to get used to the wider feel, but it's worth it. I know the pencil is safe. I would have liked it more if it was made with a pen holder and origami style so the iPad could also stand in portrait mode, but that's no deal breaker. Also, it would be nice if the cover had a magnet on the back when folded to keep it in place, but I wish all cases did that. Overall I am very happy with this case!
