We love this soundbar! An early Christmas present for my friend who, for his own good, was too persuasive and just needed to know 'what's that big box' under the tree. Needless to say he mentioned that so naturally for a while - I had no choice but to get it for him lol. He didn't really expect to get it since he never had it. Despite growing up in the luxury of my parents' surround theater, I've never had to invest in my own, so I lived in a studio apartment and was wary of how "strong" I needed the bar. THIS pole does the job! Movies feel richer, video games have more depth, and it sits squarely on our 55-inch screen, rising just 1/2 inch from the bottom of the TV so it's minimally obtrusive. I swear I hear more details that I never heard in movies and games. And I personally know some people who say they had problems but we didn't have any connection issues and were sooooo happy with the base that the subwoofer provides! If you are looking for a great compact speaker then this is the one for you. And it's just a plus that it connects to our phones :) 5 stars from us! Highly recommended
