got this for my mum as a mothers day gift, didn't even give it to her but decided to give it a little trial run and used it on my back my boys and he said it works very well. It felt like I had great power in my hands. Very simple and the settings are easy to understand and use. Not too heavy although it looks bigger. (I had a BIG Brookstone massager a few years ago which I loved but it wasn't easy to use because it was so heavy and this one wasn't at all)
