Review on ๐Ÿšฟ Plumb Craft Two Handle Wall Mount Laundry/Utility Faucet: Convenient 12" Chrome Design for Efficient Water Control by Bryan King

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Weird but acceptable

My plumber installed a homewerks ceramic cartridge faucet that was a squeak and squeak nightmare so I desperately bought this faucet because it is a compression faucet similar to the one I have finally had . after more than 20 years out of service. This faucet seemed easy to install and thankfully quiet, but as another reviewer points out, the knobs need a bit of a twist. The hot water knob has to be turned almost a full 180 degrees, because if you turn it a little less, the washing machine seems to expand and constrict the stream of hot water. The cold knob only needs to be turned about ten degrees to make them look quite "unusual" when in use. However, if you can sort out this quirk and know where to turn each knob to get a good temperature for the dishes, then you're good to go. . . However, I wouldn't want a faucet like that in a big house full of people and children. Right now I'm just grateful that I have something that works at all and doesn't require hearing protection.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
