When looking for a desktop outlet, I didn't consider many options as I wasn't planning on using it regularly. But when I saw this one with a 120V outlet and two USB ports, I pulled the trigger and have been using it every day since. Not much can be said about him that cannot be understood from a photo. it, as well as an anti-slip lining on the bottom to keep it in place. There is an on/off switch on the back in case you connect something to it that you need to control from your desk/table. There's no surge protection, so I plugged it into something to protect my stuff. The cord is about 5 feet long, making it easy to get the outlet from my desk. USB outlets take longer to charge my devices than simply plugging them into the wall BUT the convenience makes it preferable to using a wall charger. I haven't had any USB port issues like some other users.
