This is such an ambiguous review for me. I recently purchased 2 of these mirrors for a bathroom renovation. I bought the mirrors and they were delivered on May 10, 2021. Both mirrors were wired by an electrician and both mirrors worked for about 1-2 weeks when one of them started flickering and then eventually just stopped working. We got another electrician who appreciated the wiring and therefore should be the mirror itself. I really like mirrors and I love that my husbands side still works lol. I contacted the seller with no response. The return/refund deadline ended on June 9, 2021 and now I don't know what to do next. So my 1 star rating is based on the lack of communication with the seller, not the mirror itself. I'll try to find the manufacturer's info and pray there is a guarantee. Wish me luck.
