So the tablet is incredibly slow, that didn't bother me as I got it for my son just to interact with. The touch screen has dead zones. So when I enter the passcode to download more games for it, I can't dial certain numbers because the screen doesn't register the entry. Also, the battery is terrible, usually the product lasts a few days when in sleep mode, but this product drains the battery just as quickly as if it were on. The tablet is insured, trust me. Cheap Chinese hardware. To be honest, in the attached image, wherever you see the red hasn't been painted, there's a dead zone.
