Electrician installed it today along with another Hunter that was not a ceiling mount (in bedroom). The one that is not ceiling mounted is fine, it has been running for 3 hours now and makes no noise. However, this ceiling mount makes a very annoying clicking noise. The high speed is very high and makes the whole thing shake like crazy. The average speed is good, apart from that damn click! Low speed has no clicks. I might have to send it back, but then I have to pay someone to take it off. So I'm disappointed because I thought Hunter was a good fan. (Update: the clicking stopped - maybe he just had to get used to it, I don't know. But it's ok now.)
