It came as promised. The packaging was impeccable. Now to the device: After setting it up, it hung for 8 hours. It was impossible to recover. After a few hours of waiting and talking to Lenovo tech support, they performed a remote system reset. It then took about 16 hours to reinstall the operating system. Since then it works fine. Windows 10 destroyed my IdeaCentre 610. So I decided to install Linux Mint instead. Luckily, the software I use for work and home has Linux-compatible versions, either free or at a very low price. After this setup, my little machine ran at full speed. If you are unfamiliar with Linux Mint, check out several websites on the first page of Google searches for Linux Mint. Its Windows interface easily competes with Windows.
