Excellent program & awesome services

I like that it's very user-friendly, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Our account manager is very quick to respond to any questions we may have as well as helping us figure out what would be most beneficial for our business. The only thing I dislike about AirBASE is that they do not have a CRM and they don't offer phone support. However, the customer service department does have 24/7 phone support and they are pretty quick to respond. I love that we can track our budget and that our employees are aware of our budget and it allows the budget to move throughout the year with ease. It's also easy to use for our customers and they love that we send them updates throughout the year. The best part was being able to see where my direct reports were in their process as well! I wish it could be more user friendly when you have multiple people using your computer at once (especially if they're from other countries). We've had great success with this tool but we also struggle sometimes getting out info or updates without taking several days/weeks off site training because there's so much information within each screen - even after working through our coach during onboarding day!!
