Great product for growing businesses looking

I like working with people who really understand my business needs to build tools where our team can have confidence in their ability do what they need without help from more experienced colleagues! We've solved all challenges related to billing processes -- we're now able automate almost everything but still being manual when needed (ease off switch). A lot of features could use some improvement - it's not as user friendly or intuitive than other similar platforms out there though this may be

Excellent program & awesome services

I like that it's very user-friendly, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Our account manager is very quick to respond to any questions we may have as well as helping us figure out what would be most beneficial for our business. The only thing I dislike about AirBASE is that they do not have a CRM and they don't offer phone support. However, the customer service department does have 24/7 phone support and they are pretty quick to respond. I love that we can track our budget and that our…

Airbase is a fantastic tool to help you onboard new clients

The tool is easily trainable, and the tool integrations are fantastic. No complaints here. Honestly would like to see more integrations as we expand out - but thats also to be expected. Airbase is a fantastic customer success success tool to really make it easy and simple to onboard our clients and really help them understand.
