Review on Airbase by Jason Franco

The tool is easily trainable, and the tool integrations are fantastic. No complaints here. Honestly would like to see more integrations as we expand out - but thats also to be expected. Airbase is a fantastic customer success success tool to really make it easy and simple to onboard our clients and really help them understand. The tool helps us to create our invoices, process our PO's quickly and it makes tracking A/P an easy task. The best part was being able to manage all our projects in 1 place at once! We were not always using it but when we did use I would love if there could be more features like time tracking or customer/client feedback so you can see who has been interacting with your project most recently as well!! Great product overall just needs some improvements here an dthere along wtih adding other things such as timesheets etc.
