The smaller sizes seem to fit (my wife used a couple of sizes 2) BUT the larger sizes (which is why I bought this product) don't seem to be exact sizes using my measurements then when I did found the next size up, 12mm, they weren't exactly the same and differed slightly from the 12mm on the wheel. Then one of my ears became red and irritated and the inside started bleeding. a day. I immediately took it out to let the ear heal and shed a few sizes. I suspect the silicone has small imperfections that irritate my ear and silicone has a high risk of infection.
