I love this bra! It's super-duper soft and comfortable. The support is decent and I don't fall out when leaning forward. In fact, the last one is excellent. The fabric stretches all day so I can't wear it for more than a day. No problem! I bought 2 packs for a total of 6 bras to wear a new one every day. Good and supportive again after washing. I actually prefer it that way, I just couldn't afford 6 bras before. Wash hot to dry. If you exercise a lot (e.g. Zumba or running), you should wear two. For normal wear or light movements (yoga or pilates) it is sufficient. I wear it like a regular bra and I'm moderately active. I am a petite figure with large breasts. If you wear a petite size you may need to raise your shoulders a bit, but if you wear regular or large clothing you will be fine. White and lighter colors have slightly more returns, while blacks and darker colors have slightly less.
