Our first purchase was a one time purchase obviously because it was in great condition, quiet, sturdy and our Syrian hamster liked it, a few months later we ordered a second one, it arrived with the missing parts, covered with dried glue and missing parts, we asked for a replacement, it arrived with no parts and broken parts of the wheel. I was so disappointed because we wanted a second one so I ordered a fourth and it was well received. It arrived as an IKEA item that required assembly with no instructions or missing parts. I returned it and did and did what I began looking for something similar elsewhere.
