The most important thing that I liked about this service was the customer support when dealing with them through chat or email is excellent. Sometimes there can be little confusion over what was asked for on our end, but their team always works hard to find an answer for us. A couple times, I've had to call them directly just for clarification on something. They make it easy to track my ads, which makes managing the overall budget much easier.
