As a standalone radio for listening to AM/FM/SW it's great, includes MicroSD/USB/AUX playback and rechargeable lithium battery. additional function. If that's all you're looking for, this little device is for you. A few little things from me: The setting is digital only. Nothing to complain about in and of itself, but there is a very slight delay between setup and audio output. As someone who enjoys scanning large HF bands, this is a bit annoying. Charging is via the less common USB Mini-B rather than the extremely common Micro-B or the more modern Type-C. Again, not too bad, but the lack of unification with dozens of other devices using Micro-B is annoying. The antenna is positioned in such a way that the radio cannot lie on its back. Because the radio is very thin it can easily tip over and because of the way the antenna is attached it cannot be bent towards the front of the unit.
