Just as comfortable as the standard TOMS, if not better. Can't comment on durability yet, although they appear to be in excellent condition. But it lives up to expectations (ordered 13, worn 13) and is immediately very comfortable. They don't have a hard rear upper (which can cut into the arch of your foot above the heel) like some TOMS shoes. It's a comfortable range at the top so you hardly feel them. They are very light on the leg ;) Tan looks great as summer casual wear or as casual wear with jeans etc.
