The design of this bottle is very good, the stitching is even, the workmanship is strong. The plug is screwed in with a conical seal made of silicone/rubber-like material and checked for leaks by me. Volume 750 ml (25.36 oz), rather wide neck. The size and shape are perfect for drinking straight from the bottle (beware of high temperatures). The box is stamped with Japanese SUS304 (18/8 Cr/Ni) stainless steel, although the Chinese language states that the plastic used for the stopper and lid is polypropylene and BPA free. The collapsible spoon is strong, but the bowl of the spoon is shallow and only holds about a teaspoon of liquid. The seller advertises 6 hours hot or cold, I think this is a true statement based on my testing. I did an accurate temperature preservation test, filled the bottle with fresh water from a coffee maker and checked the temperature with an accurate digital thermometer (169.2°F), sealed the bottle with a cork and cap. After 5 hours the bottle was opened and the temperature checked again (142.2°F). When I dropped exactly 27° I decided to continue the test, resealed the bottle and left it until the next morning. After another 11 hours, the temperature was measured at 108.9°F. The ambient temperature was 68°F the whole time. I felt it was a very good grip and I'm sure the bottle would do an excellent job of staying warm or cold for my use. I expect to be using this bottle for a long time, chances are it will outlive me.
