Upgrade**** The inner lining of the backpack is not very durable and will wear out after a few months of normal use. I only used it on weekdays and missed a year due to remote work. But 5 months after purchase it fell apart. It was such a great backpack. The material seems to be good, the zippers all work. The backpack itself can hold a lot. I can fit 2 bowls and still have room for a third, the pockets can hold a lot of documents. If you don't bring food, the bag itself can hold more. A small downside is that the backpack has a tendency to tip and fall forward if you don't have anything in your cooler bag. But I use it as a packed lunch, so it doesn't bother me. i love this shop It has made my work week easier, allowing me to carry my work with my food in the same bag.
