Like the sweater and the details. Definitely can be dressed up or down. The only downside is that it is too short for being a medium. I can wear a small or medium but decided to get the medium as I like to front tuck but with this one there's not a ton of material for the front tuck to look like other sweaters that I front tuck. I am keeping it because of the details on the shirt but definitely would recommend sizing up if you want a looser fit to have more of a flowy looking sweater. Material is not very thick so I'm not sure I would call it a sweater. Don't expect it to keep you very warm. I only gave it a 3 star for the reasons above.
