It's great how easy it was for us to learn - there are no complex features or menus; everything we need (or want) should already exist! I love being able to use this tool in my home office as well as at work. Some of our colleagues don't have access via their computer so they're not always available when needed by emailing them through the app doesn’t seem like an option either! The reporting section isn’t very intuitive but once used it helps with tracking things such as staff hours etc., which makes sense given its intended purpose. We've been using operations director since around 2015/2016 until now where i'm still learning all about what other functions do within the system.
