XTEL Review

The customer service was excellent, they were very helpful at all times during our implementation process - nothing! I cannot find any faults with this product or its team members (all great guys). We used to have an internal system that did most things but not everything we needed it for so Xtel came in as one solution which has been fantastic thus far. The ability to do custom analytics for our customers, allowing us in providing detailed data that helps drive decision making process across multiple areas such as category strategy/planning & operational improvements etc.,etcetera! Nothing yet at this stage but definitely would like more functionalities within Analytics product if they plan it soon :) A very good start with their tool! Definitely thumbs up. I like that it allows us to see how our business performs at an individual store level, as well what changes we need make for each location in order to improve sales performance overall across all stores within my region or group. It can be difficult when you are looking through reports with so many different tabs open which makes finding your specific information more challenging than perhaps needed but once figured out its not hard to navigate around.
