Never worked, came back with an error message. No technical support.

This looked like a great product from what I saw on the Brother website and the videos and descriptions. It was the worst retail experience of any product I have ever purchased. I bought a new car and it arrived great, the box was not damaged and then the car came in a different box. Everything brand new, no transport damage. Unfortunately, after reading the manual and watching the setup videos, I turned the machine on and it immediately went into a double failure cycle. It was impossible to get the car to move at all or to reverse the car. I spent an hour reading and re-reading manuals and all the information I could find. I called tech support but they were never available as they opened at 9am and closed at 5:30pm. When I finally got to the company representative, the person knew nothing about the car or technical issues. He said he was not tech support and there was nothing he or I could do and that only the tech centers didn't know about these scans and cuts. I asked to speak to a manager and this person wasted another 45 minutes and then put me on hold. I've spent hours on the phone, no explanation, no empathy, no results. Now I have to return the item and send it back. I will choose a different brand and product.
