Make sure you put it on properly
I am recovering from a serious ankle injury and thought this might help after weaning off the medical equipment my doctor prescribed. The first time I put it on, I put it on backwards. Make sure the label is on the top support. It's not so bulky that I can't just put the shoes on. However, at this point in my recovery, I feel like I need a little more support.
