Review on πŸ”‘ Logitech Craft Wireless Keyboard with Input Dial & Backlit Keys, Dark Grey & Aluminum - Advanced Creative Tool by Michael Baek ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The quality of the product is at the level, I will recommend this product to my friends.

Nice, solid keyboard. Leaves a very pleasant tactile sensation. Unfortunately, the product is clearly not finalized in terms of settings and software. The biggest failure is the scroll wheel, the mechanism for selecting the function assigned to the wheel is very poorly implemented. In office applications, the choice of wheel functions is very unfortunate and not customizable in any way. In browsers, switching between tabs works every other time. Excel deserves special mention - there, along with other functions, horizontal movement across the table is assigned to the wheel, which would be very convenient, but there are three more functions that are switched by simply touching the wheel, as a result, you never know what the wheel will do at the moment. If you want a keyboard that is pleasant to use for typing a large amount of text, then you probably won’t regret it. If additional features are important, then you will most likely be disappointed. It's a shame that all problems can be fixed with a software ate, but the manufacturer does not do this.

Pros
  • Design Tactile sensations Small thickness Backlight with light sensor Very long battery life on a single charge
Cons
  • The wheel on the keyboard is a very good idea, but due to weak software it is almost impossible to use. A lot of functions are hung on the wheel, as a result, it is never known how the wheel will work at a particular point in time - this is a gross miscalculation in ergonomics. Strange keyboard layout - takes some getting used to. Given the inconvenient software and the almost complete inaccessibility of additional functions because of this, the price looks very high.
