Not a lipstain: my feedback
So, it's not a lip stain where it applies and then the color is stained or tinted on your lips. It's a liquid lipstick. But it does Not come. Off. Lol kinda dry but even makeup remover wouldn't take it off. I had to use makeup remover twice. Lol
