** Update #2 - seller quickly replied to my 2nd issue after I reported I was having same issue as the first band. He informed me that they will refund my original purchase (which he did) and he also wanted to send me 2 more bands. He had another black band and a black band with blue stripes shipped to me. I received in 2 days and I was very happy to find that both bands did slide and lock into place with my Apple Watch Ultra. I really love the way the band feels and looks on my wrist. Still not sure why the long band on the first 2 I received did not lock into place, but I am extremely pleased with how quickly this seller followed up with me until I received a product that works. Completely satisfied with final product, although I do feel guilty that I did not pay for them. I really like supporting small companies and I know this can hurt them.* Update - contacted seller to see if they could help and received same-day response. They asked me to keep the defective band while they ship me a new replacement. I received the replacement band in 2 days and I was very pleased with this sellers customer service. Unfortunately, the new band suffers from the same defect as the original. The shorter length piece slides into my Apple Watch Ultra and locks into place, but the longer piece just slides thru and will not lock into place. Not sure if this is an issue with the solid black color only, but make sure the band you get does lock into place. I think I will just return my original purchase for a refund at this point, but I will add another star because of the customer service.- Original Review -Initial happiness with this product quickly turned to disappointment. When I received and opened this band I really liked the feel (soft and very pliable, and not stiff at all) and the color/style was great, but I quickly ran into trouble when I attempted to install on my new Apple Watch Ultra. The smaller piece of the band slid in nicely and locked into place, but when I slid the longer piece into the top slot it just kept sliding on thru. I could not get it to lock into place. I took the smaller band off just to see if it would lock into place in the top slot, and it did with no problem. So, something just is not right with the other band. Could not tell the issue by just looking at it, and I’m not willing to take the chance that band will slide out while wearing my watch, so I will be returning as a defective item.
