Great teaching tool for Gears and solar energy with preschool

I am a preschool teacher and started it at home and had the kids finish it with me. They were psyched. It worked great. The product may not be sturdy or durable, leading to breakage or malfunction!

Check solar panel first

Solar panel didn't work out of the box. And we waited to open it as it was a gift, so now the return window is closed so we are S O L. :(

not that easy to build as you will have to cut the pieces from the molding frame and clean them

spent a lot of time and effort to clean and build only to find out it would not work.bad buyAs i don't like things that don't work. Piece of junk for my opinion

Would not recommend this you. My son got this for Christmas and it’s a piece of junk. First of all, it won’t move or function unless it’s in direct sun light. It doesn’t just charge in sun light and move later. And when it does "move” it barely moves at all. It fell apart so easily and was difficult to put together. My son was so disappointed and if it wasn’t a gift I would demand money back. Do not buy this toy if you want a happy kid.

Great for busy hands!

My son is an Autistic and.just loves to work with his hands. It was easy to assemble. Also was a fun challenge. Has small pieces do not get for smaller children.

Cool Toy But: my feedback

What kids that doesn't like dinosaurs? Ones that moves? It wasn't easy to put together, especially if you have big fingers. It's a cool idea, but the execution could be better. The one I bought for my kid for Christmas didn't work at all. Quality control isn't great.

Item came quickly. Bought as a Christmas present so I can’t comment on the contents at this time. Looks like a great, educational and fun toy.

Pieces came broken, would have made a VERY small robot.

I got this as a Christmas present for my son. His excitement was short lived as more than one of the plastic pieces came out of the box broken!Also, I suggest anyone thinking about buying this item to go check the assembled dimensions of the solar powered robot.had it not come with broken pieces, my son would have had a very hard time assembling such a small thing (for that matter I am confident it would be difficult for the average adult) and then would have had a super tiny solar powered…

Never worked best in my review

I would not recommend this. Bought as a gift for my child who loves t-rex so I thought he would get a kick out of this. But it never worked.

Packaging smashed for my opinion

Came in original packaging, no shipping box. smashed and partially open! This is supposed to be a gift! I'm pissed. The product may be too gendered or stereotypical, which may discourage certain children from using it.

Underpowered: my feedback

My son loves it but it will only move if it’s sitting in full sun and even then it’s very very slow and falls over if the surface is uneven whatsoever

Lots of Fun for 8 Year Old!

Received the robot very quickly, which was great, as my 8 year old grandson was very excited to receive it! He had a great time building it with me, and was very proud of his accomplishment when finished. No problems at all. Very satisfied with my purchase. In fact, I'm planning on ordering another one for one of my other grandsons for a Christmas gift!

Fun to put together, but likely would not buy again.

The solar panel has not charged. So my kid is pretty bummed that this toy has no motion.The directions were easy to follow but we only put the driller together. Since it won't charge, he has lost interest in the other options.

Fun transforming building set

This is a fun little set. I love that the motor runs only on solar and no batteries are needed. My 9 yr old really liked building this, my 7 yr old got kind of bored with all of the steps. Good purchase.
