Changed beef protein

Two days ago I used up a 5kg bag of beef protein I bought this summer. I always mixed 2 scoops of protein with 1.5 cups of water in a blender. Some bubbles formed but no foam. The bag I received today is a completely different product. Appears to be sliced with egg white. When I mix it in a blender I basically end up with meringue. When I mix 1.5 cups of water with 2 scoops from this new pack, I get 4 cups of foam! The picture above shows the mixture after 20 minutes of exposure. The foam is thick and firm. I swear it's egg white mixed with beef. I've been using this product for several months so I know what to expect. I'll call the company tomorrow.

Pros
