There have been conflicts about giving to the kids, but I need something for school

It's inevitable: as a parent, sometimes you want some quiet while you keep your kid busy with music or videos, especially Long. potentially busy flights. However, I am not in favor of entertaining them with electronics when simply interacting and engaging with them would be better for their development and family bonding. With that in mind, I'm somewhat opposed to giving kids these headphones: on the one hand, they can be busy and leave you alone, and on the other hand, they'll be engrossed in their world and refuse to interact with you. . Well, the choice was made for us when the school said every student must bring a kit due to COVID-19 restrictions prohibiting device sharing. Fair enough. Noise canceling was an important factor for us as our son is easily distracted. We tried these headphones. We've also had Puro headphones for older kids in the past, but we weren't willing to send $120 headphones to school that could potentially get lost. PROS - Comfortable to wear and fairly light - Relatively cheap - USB-C charging - Good (but not great) sound - Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to block outside noise (it only dampens, but doesn't completely eliminate) interference - Wireless Bluetooth ( minimizes the risk of cord choking) - Volume limit to ensure the child does not injure their eardrum - 3 volume limit modes - Toddler, Kids and Travel. The latter was great on an airplane where engine noise can be quiet - Speech enhancement ("learning mode" function) only works marginally - Not easy to break - Long battery life - Microphone input CONS - Sounded good, but not great - Not foldable, because On the other hand, it takes up a little more space and may not be practical for travel. Air travel has kept our son busy with this headset for a long time, but we've also made sure he takes a break from time to time as too much time is spent on electronics. bad for their development - remember how you felt after going to the cinema and watching two or three films in a row? You may feel tired, overwhelmed, confused, and so on. Parental philosophy aside, this headset was great for keeping our son occupied and giving us some peace of mind while flying. improve the sound quality, and when it comes to children, you may find it difficult to attract a child's attention when driving. As such I rarely use these headphones on our child as we prefer that the child use their own imagination to combat boredom by observing their surroundings, talking to others (and us parents), sleeping or a combination of both or all combined. Overall, it works well for its school work.

Pros
  • In-Ear Headphones
