Good product for me, no problems at all.
I like :) Has pros: Great pad, four rollers on each side, three modes: two with heating, one without. Can be plugged into a wall outlet at home or into a car cigarette lighter. Some cons: You can not lean on or lie down with all your weight, it stops from gravity. After about 20 minutes of use, it turns off, but you can immediately turn it on and continue using it.
