Love this switch. I used it to replace my rotary switch, which was good, but I find this trigger switch to be more accurate and convenient to use. It's also easier to adjust as it has latches on the barrel adjuster. One issue to note is that you should NOT try to slide them out of the box before pulling the cable to resist the shifter in the same way. Your switch will be. This is because with no tension, the cable can get stuck in the mechanism and won't come loose unless you disassemble it, which can be a risky procedure if you're not very careful.
