I only deducted 1 star because the first box of my vacuum that came was not tampered with with any objects or plastic and they were not placed properly in the box as if someone had opened the box on purpose. pulled out the desired accessory and pushed everything back. The first vacuum I received was literally just a vacuum, none of the other consumables that were said to come with the vacuum. If this happens to you, don't hesitate to contact Revain. I contacted Revain and they gave me a 30 day return receipt and sent me a new vacuum within 2 days. I received a new vacuum cleaner and it was intact, everything was in its rightful place and in the packaging. Well, how the vacuum cleaner works is very simple: you charge it for 5-6 hours, but after that it's very light and doesn't make any loud noises that I could literally vacuum while my partner is sleeping. It vacuums very well, unfortunately my carpets had to be wet vacuumed and cleaned, it was difficult to vacuum as my carpets are very old, I moved here and I already knew the carpets are a little wobbly. So my advice would be if you know your carpets need to be damp, do that first and then vacuum. Otherwise it works great and I am very happy with this purchase. I found out about this vacuum cleaner from one of my YouTubers who recommended it to pet owners and I have 2 cats and my partner is allergic to cats. Hopefully this will help reduce the hair and he can stop sneezing.
