I checked the reviews before purchasing and they were mostly positive. I only order if the product has many reviews and they are disproportionately positive. So I was very disappointed that this band broke in the first week of use. Unfortunately my wife was away on a business trip and didn't return until a few days past the 30 day return period. So I want to say thank you again to Revain for supporting the purchase. Within minutes, the representative processed the refund of the original cost. There's a reason I've been a Prime customer since the program started many years ago, and it's one of the reasons. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another replacement from this supplier. I would probably be told that I got a defective group and the next one will be better. However, this is an inexpensive band to protect Fitbit, costing more than 15 times the band's price. So buyers beware! Most reviews are positive, but you can see from the attached photo if the beautiful styling is worth losing the device. That's not to me.
