These pillows are amazingly soft and feel like my down pillows. I also didn't expect them to have a zipper or piping. But it's all good and I see the genius of these details. It is good to know that a pillowcase can be washed and refilled. These 16 inch pillows crumpled a little and then snapped back to their stool shape after going through what appeared to be small zippers in the 16 inch pillowcases. Really soft, inviting pillows to nap on. These are pillow inserts, pictures show faux fur covers not included. I usually use a pillow insert one size larger than the suitcase (20" insert for 18" suitcase) that fills the suitcase well. But I've used both the 16" inserts and covers on these pillows and I think because they're smaller they still work.
