I’ve been using liquid L carnitine for a couple of years. I typically take it in the morning shortly after waking up, and it gives me good subtle energy and makes it easier to control body fat. I was using NOW brand before deciding to try out this brand about 1.5 months ago and found it to be just as effective at a slightly lower price point. It has the same serving size and is also sweetened with stevia but does not taste nearly as sweet as NOW, is more tart and better balanced for my taste.
