Good for price; adhesive is average

Love these. Adhesive is average—I wear mine with my maternity belt and I can usually get 4-6 wears from one adhesive only because I have the belt on. Otherwise, adhesive is really only good for one use.

The pads can fall off easily when exposed to water or sweat, making them unreliable for use during physical activities
