When the costume arrived I was very surprised at the quality which was much better than some of the other costumes I've bought online. It fit well but didn't offer tummy control like some other reviews said. The strap was sewn over the buckle so I couldn't adjust the length of the strap. They had a lovely card in the package that said if I wasn't happy they would try to fix it. I was happy about that so I contacted them and got a quick response that gave me hope. The solution they gave me was to make the swimsuit myself and give me $2 back or return it with a backorder and hope the new one wasn't defective. Nice suit but poor customer service. Buy it and cross your fingers that it comes sewn correctly.
