I received this color in peacock blue and expected it to be a bit of a mess. I made sure to put on clothes that I didn't mind getting dirty and put them on outside with the help of a friend. The day wasn't windy, but we made it everywhere! I have light brown hair and it showed up well on my hair but didn't last long. I've tried fixing it with hairspray as others have suggested but even that didn't help. Saying it's all over the place, my boyfriend and I both looked like we could be the new members of the Blue Man Band. Luckily, we've found that washing with dish soap and warm water can remove it from the skin. The main problem was sitting down or being inside. Our hair didn't look blue, but we still left a trail of blue powder everywhere we went. I wouldn't recommend sitting with your head against the couch or sleeping in bed unless you need new tie-dye pillowcases. This thing goes anywhere. Later that day we literally sneezed blue powder. I really wanted this to work as the color was pretty but didn't last long. I would only buy this again if I plan to be a Smurf for Halloween.
