My threaded spools don't work if they're on their side because the top won't snap into place unless you actually close them. I just tested it with a tray full of threaded plastic spools and the box won't close without actually closing it and there is a visible crease on the side where the spools are. To put it mildly, disappointed. I also received the product without 50 plastic spools and the box I received did not have a box with a large compartment. I decided to measure the box after looking at everyone else's photos to see what I was getting. It is advertised as 10.2 x 7 x 1.6 inches. The box I received measures 13.75" x 8.7" x 1.38".
