This item is bulky and difficult to handle. Velcro is very difficult to disassemble. I was embarrassed to take it apart and put it back together on my travels. The part that holds the hugger to the luggage handle is very secure but difficult to disassemble. Takes up space when not in use. For certain situations, such as B. young people carrying pillows, this will work. For an adult traveler with carry-on or luggage, this is a problem. Used once and attempted to return via Revain. The seller told me it must be unused and unopened. I couldn't find anything in their return policy that said they weren't used. As a company, I'd rather make a loss than a dissatisfied customer. How can you know how something will work if you don't try it? This product did not live up to my expectations and I hope Revain can help me solve this problem.
