Works very well in combination with another Enjoy Conditioner. You can absolutely use it alone, but it's magic when used in combination. You literally only need a quarter of an Amta size in the palm of your hand, and that makes a big difference. I usually use a treatment about every 8-10 days. I have unruly hair that needed maintenance after being treated with medications that weren't good for my hair. It worked wonders! My teens also use this as a deep conditioner mask and put on a shower cap for a few hours. It smells good too.
