I like how easy it is to use, the reporting and the ease of being able to change permissions as needed. Easy to use for those who are not familiar with our system or how things work (like when to submit time off). There isn't much that I dislike about this system. If you need something really specific, they may be able to help or point you in the right direction. We have been able to streamline paperwork and paperwork errors, save money by using less paper and make the process more efficient. I like how easy it is to use, and that you can customize everything to fit your needs. The system does not have as many features as other systems out there, but we are working on getting all of those added in. However, I do not think that this is a problem because the system works well for us so far. It has been very helpful in keeping track of employee information.
