Bean Envy has very good customer service. I bought one of their milk frothers over a year ago and use it 5+ times a week and had an issue which caused me to contact them. They are polite and punctual. Miss is doing a great job. A few tips: 1) When cleaning, always keep it on the battery side to avoid water getting into the device and hanging it to dry - never place it on a table. I clean the spiral metal tip in a hot cup of water and spin it for a few seconds to remove the milk. Every few months or so I soak the metal coil end in about an inch of vinegar and it cleans really well. 2) When inserting the batteries, make sure the black cloth strip stays behind the battery so you can easily remove the batteries. Otherwise they are difficult to remove. Batteries last a long time - enough 2 AA. It's a nice little tool and does the job perfectly!
